Apart from being skillful

defining roles of a leader is in ensuring a culture of engagement between team
members in the organization. An engaged employee is one who works with the
overall success of the organization in mind. They are fully attached to the
organization physically, mentally and emotionally and are enthusiastic about
working towards the best interest of the company. Creating the right
environment to promote an engaging culture, therefore, is a step in the right

It is good to be acknowledged
by titles to show off achievements. Leadership at the workplace requires taking
charge or ownership of the workforce. However, it is a brilliant idea for
employees to simply refer to each other by first names. Outside of the
workplace, most people are addressed by the first names, so being called the
same at work gives a familiar feeling to the individual and takes away the
formalities that can be done without. Unless in special cases where people
would prefer to be called by titles, addressing each other by first names adds
in creating a warm and easy atmosphere in an office setting.

especially comes in handy for employees during low moments they may have at
work. It is the duty of employees to achieve set targets by the organization,
